Like the 'Lots of quality content' bit. Regular updates are always reassuring on any website - blog or not - because they suggest the site is professional and well organised. And just appearing professional is half the battle, regardless of whether your copy is word perfect or not.

Another great post Amrit, keep them coming. I too read that post on Copy blogger and this is a great follow up article. Content is the only way online to help your customers believe and trust your services. Apart from video ( which starts from writing scripts) Content is absolutely vital to making people make that transaction from being a browser to a buyer. Excellent detail in the points, they really tell someone like me how to make the most of their writing skills.
