Content writing requirements can be of different types. Why categorize? It’s because in most of the cases I don’t charge an hourly rate. People who charge by the hour offer a fixed rate (even I would prefer that) whether they are writing blog posts, business content or anything else. They charge for their time and not for the type of content they are writing.

My market, as of now is more inclined towards paying for the type of content rather than a fixed hourly rate, and I’m okay with that. It works well for my clients and eventually that’s what matters.
